Your Account & Orders

All orders are processed same day and order confirmation emails will be sent out within 2 hrs from product purchase

Payments are processed same day of purchase for the full purchase price. We ensure all payments are processed and approved before order submission and shipping.

Shipping & Returns

All products are subject to free returns for the below reasons.

All products below are available for returns with a potential shipping fee

All below products are availble for returns but may be subject to a restocking and shipping fee.

Echo Canyon Supply is a purely digital retailer and is available for digital catalog review only at this point.

Processing Refunds

Echo Canyon Supply issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

Is canceled by Echo Canyon Supply or more of your items sold out since your order was processed

Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Echo Canyon Supply will take 4 - 10 business days to clear your refund. Depending on your financial institution, the refund amount may take up to 12 business days to post to your account.

If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately.

Partial Refunds

Question: Why did i receive a partial refund after i placed my order?

Answer: One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.

Refunds

To ensure fast and accurate processing please contact the Echo Canyon Supply team before sending back your order. Orders sent without following this process will be delayed and may cause crediting issues.

All returns will be refunded via gift card or on original form of payment

Due to the nature of our fast limited supply sourcing we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment as standard and reserve this process for all product returns that are unopened or follow the standard return checklist.

BOGO Returns

Question: Did you buy a BOGO?

Answer: Here is how we calculate your credit. The easiest way to do this is to give you an example...

Let's say you redeemed a BOGO for 2 items.

One was a $15 item and the other was a $10 item. The $10 item in this case would be the item you got for free. But how we calculate it, is you got the $15 item for $9 and the $10 for $6 as the $10 discount is prorated across the 2 items.

If you return the $15 item you will get $9 in credit.
If you return the $10 item you will get $6 in credit.

In every case, we prorate the discount across all applicable items in your specific order. Don't worry, we'll do the math for you.

Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Echo Canyon Supply to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Echo Canyon Suplpy may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 5 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 4 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 2 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from echocanyonsupply.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

Delivery Policy

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Echo Canyon Supply does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.

Delivery Claims

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Echo Canyon Supply does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Out of Stock Item

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Reserved Rights

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our brand, Echo Canyon Supply reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Echo Canyon Supply reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Echo Canyon Supply reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Editing Or Canceling Order

We know you want your order fast so as soon as it is placed, we are on it! 

Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including, but not limited to:

Canceling your order or specific items

Changing your billing or shipping address

Changing payment method

Changing shipping method

Changing color/size of items(s)

Addition or removal of item(s)

Changing or adding a discount code

Addition or removal of a gift card

For whatever approved reason if you would no longer wish to keep your order, you are able to return your order after it has been delivered.
